Mary Grace Guzmán, founder of Guzmán Legal Solutions fell in love with legal ethics in law school and considers herself a curator of legal oddities. Her love of legal ethics and the business of law lead to the creation of Guzmán Legal Solutions.

Guzmán Legal Solutions

Our Vision

Guzmán Legal Solutions recognizes that the practice of law is both a business venture and, for many law students and lawyers, a noble career choice. For legal practitioners, the dream of practicing law starts with the hope to assist another in their legal needs and to have a positive impact on their client’s lives. Yet a lawyer cannot solely rely on their excellent legal mind or only have outstanding business skills, the most effective lawyers and law firms must have strong skills in both business management of their law practice and legal expertise in their particular area of law. GLS offers legal ethics advice and counsel to help law firms and lawyers navigate the complexities of practicing law, while helping our clients meet their business goals and client needs.
